If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

You may return your product within 30 days of delivery if:

The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you a confirmation email and process your refund within 5–7 business days.

💡 Note: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or partially used products.
However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately — we’ll make it right at no extra cost.

Cancel Your Subscription Anytime

With Vitaneo, you’re always in control of your subscription.

How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time, without penalties or hidden fees.
Simply follow one of the options below:

Log into your Vitaneo Account → Go to Manage Subscription → Click Cancel

Or email us at support@vitaneo.de with your request

Once your cancellation is confirmed, no future payments will be charged.


Pause or Modify Instead of Cancelling

Need a break? You can also:

Pause your subscription for 1–3 months

Change your delivery frequency

Update your shipping or payment details anytime

Our goal is to make your subscription flexible and easy to manage.


Refunds for Subscription Orders

If you cancel your subscription after your latest order has already been processed or shipped,
please wait for the delivery and then contact us for a return authorization if you wish to send it back.

Refunds for active subscriptions follow the same 30-day return policy as one-time purchases.


Processing Time

Once we receive your returned item, we’ll notify you by email.
Refunds typically take 5–7 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.
